Features:

This machine is mainly used for the edge bandingand trimming process of square filters such ascabin air filters lt only takes one person to operate.When the input speed is fast enough, themaximum speed of the machine can produce afilter in 10 seconds. Workers only need to put thepleat pack into the fixture, and the edge bandingcooling and trimming are automatically done bythe machine.This machine adopts the newlydesigned fixtures quick switchover system, andonly two fixtures are needed to achieve high-speed edge banding. We have also adopted a newstructure in the cooling system to achieve thecooling of multiple filters with minimal space toensure that the hot melt adhesive has beencompletely cured before edge trimming. In thetrimming process, we use servo motor control toachieve fully automatic edgebanding andtrimming
