The visit aimed to review the company’s environmental management practices, inspect its intelligent manufacturing workshop, and discuss the role of equipment manufacturers in supporting regional green industrial development.
Upon arrival, the delegation was received by Hengchao’s General Manager and senior executives. A brief welcome ceremony was followed by an in-depth executive meeting in the company’s conference room.
Executive Talks: Green Manufacturing & Compliance
During the meeting, the Deputy District Chief commended Hengchao for its commitment to environmental responsibility and its contribution to the local equipment manufacturing sector. The two sides exchanged views on:

Workshop Tour: Automation on Display
After the talks, the Deputy District Chief and accompanying officials were guided through Hengchao’s main production workshop. The delegation observed the company’s flagship automatic cabin filter production line in operation—a green-and-white modular system featuring servo pleating, hot-melt framing, edge banding, and precision trimming stations.
The officials took particular interest in the workshop’s clean, orderly layout and the minimal manual intervention required by the automated line. White trimmed edges and filter scraps were seen collected neatly on the green workshop floor, reflecting the company’s waste-segregation and recycling practices.
The Deputy District Chief praised the workshop’s high level of automation: “This is a model of intelligent, environmentally conscious manufacturing. The integration of automation and clean production processes here at Hengchao aligns well with our district’s goals for industrial upgrading.”
